本周四（11月24日）是感恩节，不少外贸人已经摩拳擦掌准备给买家们发邮件，感谢今年的支持了。

但是！来看看收到邮件的买家们是怎么说的吧：

“求求了别再发感恩节邮件了！”

“我们根本就不过感恩节！”

冷知识！只有美国人过感恩节！

感恩节之所以这么有名，是因为它在美国是仅次于圣诞节的第二大节日。在美国，感恩节假期一般会从星期四持续到星期日，所以下周美国买家不回复你，也是正常的。

感恩节的来历要追溯到著名的“五月花”号，它载着102个在英国遭受宗教迫害的清教徒到了美洲，这批移民在冬天过得饥寒交迫，眼看活不下去了，原住民印第安人向他们伸出了援手，教他们种田捕猎，是他们适应了美洲的生活。

来年缓过劲儿的移民就邀请印地安人一同庆祝丰收，渐渐形成了“感恩”的传统。

欧洲诸国、澳大利亚等国家也都是不过感恩节的。

那么美国人的邻居——加拿大人过不过感恩节呢？

加拿大的感恩节在每年的10月第二个星期一，是为了纪念英国探险家Martin Frobisher于1578年在现今的加拿大纽芬兰省建立了定居点。

想想你在过年时收到群发的祝福短信你会在意吗？放弃模板化的祝福吧，它们会被淹没在感恩节祝福的海洋里。

你可以：

• 写一封个性化的邮件；

• 拍个小视频；

• 寄一份走心的小礼物；

• 甚至来一波促销。

只有在了解客户文化的基础上，才能把祝福送到客户的心坎里！

在美国人的心目中，感恩节的重要性仅次于圣诞节。这一天也是美国的公共假日，美国人往往连上周末，度过一个4-5天的假期，作为美国血拼季和休假季的开始。所以如果有美国客户，不妨好好利用这个节日，完成潜在订单哦。当然不管是发邮件，送贺卡或者是送礼物，都最好要走心，这样才会有更加有效果。

不同客户感恩节跟进技巧

第一种，已下单客户

没有什么比送礼更直接的了。对于老客户，我们可以根据客户的喜好、需求在这个节日送上一份贴心的小礼物，比如一件孩子喜欢的小玩具、客户喜欢的书籍等等；如果是新客户，不了解对方的喜好也没有关系，可以送一些中国特色的小礼物，客户一般都比较喜欢。记得附赠贺卡！

或者拍一段有意思的短视频，视频祝福往往比文字更直观、更能打动人！国外很多客户对YouTube、TikTok等短视频爱不释手，所以我们也可以来一段！用自己的照片或者动员全公司的员工录制一段客户的专属祝福视频，绝对会留下深刻的印象。

第二种，强烈购买意向客户

1.最好写一封专属的邮件，千万不要套用模板，有针对性一点，比如你可以回顾一下与这位客人之间的一两件印象深刻的事情，或者是他曾经给予你的帮助等等，然后因此致以谢意。最好后面再加上一张感恩节贺卡。

2.组织一次专场促销活动：由于感恩节与疯狂购物季“黑色星期五”紧密相连，不妨利用感恩节做个促销，给老客户一些真正的实惠。把自己的祝福邮件标题变成这样：

• Happy Thanksgiving! Special Savings Inside Just for You

• Enjoy 10% Off: A Happy Thanksgiving, Indeed

• Your Thanksgiving begins here

• No need to thank us for these exclusive deals

• It’s a time to give thanks

• Happy Thanksgiving! We've Got A Treat For You!

• When Thanksgiving Day meets Big Sale

第三种，一般意向客户

可以通过WhatsApp等发送简短的祝福短信。例如：

• From all of us to all of you at Thanksgiving.

• Thanksgiving wishes for you and your family.

• Joy and fun, wish fulfillment and blessing, come to your home this Thanksgiving!

• I am so grateful that I have you all with me on this Thanksgiving Day.

第四种，潜在客户

很多老外会在感恩节或“黑五”期间，在社交平台上发表评论或者照片，这个时候就是提升你们感情的时刻了，一定要记得积极点赞评论多多互动哦！但要注意的是，尽量在这些评论里少提自己的产品，否则让人觉得你的举动虚情假意，效果适得其反。
